The Vatalia mobile messaging service (the "Service") is operated by Vatalia, Inc. ("Vatalia," "we," or "us"). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these mobile terms and conditions ("Mobile Terms"). We may modify or discontinue the Service or any of its features at any time. We may also update these Mobile Terms periodically, and your continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.


Consent to Receive Messages

By consenting to Vatalia's SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring text messages from and on behalf of Vatalia through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology.

Messages may include:

  • Order confirmations and shipping updates for your Living Art
  • Cart reminders
  • New Canvas and botanical collection announcements
  • Exclusive promotions and special offers

Voluntary Participation

You do not have to sign up for this program to make purchases from Vatalia. Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.


Message Costs

Vatalia does not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies based on your activity and preferences. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details.


Opting Out

You may opt out of the Service at any time by texting STOP to +1 (855) 612-9845 or by clicking the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message. You will receive a one-time confirmation message confirming your opt-out. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device unless you reinitiate contact.

If you have subscribed to other Vatalia mobile messaging programs, you will need to opt out separately from each program by following the instructions provided in their respective terms.

Changes to Contact Information

We may change any phone number or short code we use to operate the Service. We will notify you of these changes. Please note that messages sent to a phone number or short code we no longer use (including STOP or HELP requests) may not be received, and we cannot honor requests made to outdated contact information.

If you change your mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program again with your new number.


Supported Carriers

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.


Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Vatalia is not liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the Service.
