Refund Policy for Vatalia, Inc.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for Living Art systems, Canvases, and unopened seed collections in original condition with proof of purchase.
Your item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, in original packaging, with all components included.
To initiate a return:
Contact us at hello@vatalia.com with your order details and reason for return. We'll send you return instructions within 5 business days.

Please contact us before returning anything. We can't accept unauthorized returns.
What Can't Be Returned
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened seed collections
- Custom-commissioned Canvases or previously installed Living Art systems
- Items that have been modified, damaged through use, or not maintained according to provided instructions
- Original shipping fees (unless the item arrived damaged or defective)

Damaged or Defective Products
If your Living Art arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, reach out right away at hello@vatalia.com with photos of the damage. We'll provide a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
Please inspect your order upon delivery and report any issues within 7 days of receipt.
Exchanges
Contact us at hello@vatalia.com if you'd like to exchange a Canvas or seed collection. We'll help you find the right option. For Living Art system exchanges, we'll work with you directly to ensure you have the perfect piece for your space.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
Refund options:
- Full refund to original payment method
- Store credit (available immediately upon return approval)
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven't received your refund, contact us at hello@vatalia.com.
International Orders
Vatalia currently ships only within the United States. All returns must be shipped to our Springfield, Illinois address listed above.
